A windproof, water-resistant cape jacket with an asymmetrical hem inspired by shadows on concrete staircases. The widened trumpet collar wraps the neck and back of the head for extra warmth on windy days, and the soft elastic neckline slips on easily — no lifting paws or squeezing through tight openings. An adjustable metal buckle keeps it secure on the move.
